Operations and Site Executive
Book permitted outdoor sites, coordinate printing and mounting, and bring back photo proof the client can trust.
Campaigns are won in the field. The operations and site executive checks sites, coordinates printers and mounting crews, and confirms that what we sold is what went up.
You will travel Delhi NCR corridors, collect day and night photos, and keep release orders and vendor updates in order. We only sell sites that have permission.
What you will do
- Visit outdoor sites and record size, facing, lighting and obstructions
- Coordinate flex printing, mounting and retail fabrication vendors
- Collect geotagged photo proof after each mounting
- Track release orders, start dates and vendor invoices with the founders
- Flag any site that is damaged, blocked or not the one we booked
- Support activations when a campaign needs people on the ground
